Fox Army Health Center Radiology Department is focused on providing exceptional patient centered Radiology services for all of our beneficiaries. We seek to provide the highest quality of diagnostic imaging and patient services in the Army Healthcare System. We are committed to providing accurate and timely exams/reports. We continually strive to improve our services through customer feedback, continuing education and patient focused healthcare services.
We currently serve all active duty and their family members. We also provide radiology services to retirees and their family members. We serve all ages and categories of patients from outside referrals.
