OPEN ENROLLMENT AT FOX IS HERE!
Fox enrollment for TRICARE Prime beneficiaries is now available. If you're a TRICARE Prime beneficiary and would like to change your primary care provider to Fox Army Health Center, call Humana now at 800-444-5445.
Once you have called Humana to change your provider, you can make an appointment at 256-955-8888 ext. 2.
Please note: if you are aged 62-64, you are encouraged to remain with your current health care provider as you will need to transition out of FAHC again at age 65.

The Immunization Clinic is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Closed for lunch 12 - 12:30 p.m.
Pharmacy Announcements
You may have recently seen news regarding a national recall of levothyroxine, which is the generic version of the thyroid medication Synthroid. At FAHC, we exclusively dispense the brand-name medication, Synthroid. Because we do not dispense generic levothyroxine, your prescription from our pharmacy is safe and unaffected.
Radiology Announcements
Radiology Services will be closed Monday, August 3 and Friday, August 7.
Laboratory Announcements
The FAHC Laboratory closes at noon on the first and third Friday of each month.
