Physical Therapy
The Physical Therapy Service is an integral part of Fox Army Health Center, working in close relationship with its staff for comprehensive and effective patient care.
The purpose of physical therapy in rehabilitative medicine is to:
- Prevent or minimize residual physical disabilities and functional impairments.
- Aid the patient in achieving maximum potential within their capabilities.
- Accelerate convalescence and reduce the length of recovery.
Services Provided
- Dry needling.
- Therapeutic exercise, stretching, passive & active range of motion.
- Heat and cryotherapy.
- Ultrasound therapy.
- Electrical stimulation/TENS.
- Kinesiotaping.
- Osteopathic manipulation techniques (OMT).
- Lumbar/cervical traction.
- Vestibular and post-op rehabilitation.
When you arrive for your appointment, please wear comfortable clothing. There is a changing area provided for your convenience.

- Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (closed from Noon-1:00 p.m.).
- Location: the second floor of the Health Center on the west side of the building.
